You can cancel for a full refund until we start making your book, which is when we approve your order after checking your preview. Email hello@glibooks.com with your order number as soon as you can. If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 14 days of receiving it with your order number and two or three photos, and we will print and send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged copy. Because every book is personalised it cannot be resold, so once we have started making it we cannot cancel it.
